LiveRec is committed to protecting the privacy of the employers, job seeker who are users of the LiveRec Web site (hereinafter collectively “Users”). Your privacy is very important to us. We encourage all employers and job seekers to review this Privacy Policy before registering on the LiveRec site. Because LiveRec is a recruiting service for employers to utilize to source and hire talented engineers, the information submitted by users is for the sole pupose of individuals seeking a job, and / or for employers, recruiters and human resource personnel who utilize LiveRec for recruiting, sourcing and consulting services. Personal information given to LiveRec is not for sale to third parties or persons for reasons other than expressly identified in this statement.

Personal Information Collected

LiveRec collects personal information and / or resumes from the community and employers on a voluntary basis.

We use our best efforts to share personal information and resumes only with LiveRec employees and employers, recruiters, hiring managers and human resource professionals who have expressed interest in hiring from our experienced talent pool. However, we cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database. You may remove your personal information or resume from our searchable database at any time, except in those cases whereby we are required by governmental regulations (e.g., OFCCP) to keep a copy of your personal information / resume for a period of time. However, employers and recruiters who have viewed your resume, and other parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances.

When you register with LiveRec, you agree that LiveRec may use your personal information to contact you and send you e-mail with information that is targeted to you and your interests (such as job alerts, job fair notifications, site updates, e-newsletters, and special offers from our partners). By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree to receive this information. If you wish to opt-out of these communications, send an email to info@liverecus.com from the email address you are requesting to opt out with your unsubscribe message.

About Cookies

We collect statistical information such as page views on an aggregated basis. Such information allows us to find out what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access the most. We may share this information with our partners and clients, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how our visitors use the site.

LiveRec has an area on the site where you can submit feedback and / or surveys. Any feedback and / or surveys that are submitted through this area become the property of LiveRec.
